PEARL is a national non-profit trade organization whose purpose is to create and elevate standards of performance and business practices in the electrical remanufacturing and redistribution industry. PEARL is committed to educating the industrial community about the significant services provided by this network of businesses and to create a channel of communication between industry and this network. PEARL’s mission is to create a marketable distinction in quality, product safety and integrity for PEARL members in the eyes of their customers.

What are the PEARL Reconditioning Standards?
Our Reconditioning Standards are a compilation of procedures published by the most respected electrical trade associations, manufacturers, and safety organizations. We have received input from contractors, field service and testing facilities. Standards were reviewed by PEARL technical committees and, finally, by third party Professional Electrical Engineers who are not members of PEARL.
