Are there any restocking fees for returns?

Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, depending on the product type. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of invoice date without prior authorization. Can I return a special ordered item?
No. Special ordered items are non-returnable.

How can I return an item?

To return an item, please contact Customer Service or call 1-800-755-8098 Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM PST for immediate assistance.

Please have your PCB Sales Order number available.

All returns must have an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number issued by PCB and must be included with the return.

Please make sure all returned products are packaged properly. PCB is not responsible for products damaged in return shipment. No credit will be issued for damaged returns. All returned products must be in original condition and unused. No credit will be issued on products once installed or energized.
